Adam lives and breathes Generation Y, for the simple reason – he is part of this dynamic cohort. Adam was a born entrepreneur – starting his first commercial business at age 13, and employing his first full time staff member to run the company at age 16 whilst he was at high school.
Now aged 23, Adam runs Fresh Marketing, a strategic, creative and non-traditional marketing, PR, advertising and design firm based in Brisbane. Working with clients such as the Queensland Government, Queensland Police, Optus, Wellspring Australia, Boom Entertainment, b.b whitehouse, Vistage, and CardioTech among others, Adam has formed a strong niche and positive reputation amongst the business community as the authority on ‘forward thinking’ marketing and Generation Y.
Further to this, Adam holds a degree in Marketing and public relations, and studied extensively into the Generation Y, looking at fundamental areas such as how they communicate with one another, buying habits, generational differences, lifestyle traits, ways to market/communicate to them, how they learn, major influencers and how they think. As a result, he has become a key commentator and expert on Generation Y in Australia.
Beyond his consulting work, Adam has also developed and conducts sales and customer service training sessions for businesses. He acts as a mentor for many other Generation Y’ers, helping them to further develop themselves in their chosen career and life choices.
Adam frequently speaks on Generation Y communications and marketing at numerous events and conferences across Australia, along with progressive marketing and advertising concepts used to communicate and engage this demographic. Similarly, he guest lectures at Universities across the country on the key competetencies of the company and their research.
Adam is driven, motivated, enthusiastic about life and work and loves strong coffee! He is a typical Generation Y’er, with an understanding on how to connect with this complex group.
